Who am I?
Hi, I am Jack Sowden and I am currently studying for a BA Hons Degree in Web Design at the Hull School of Art and Design. I have created this Wordpress powered blog / website as a bit of fun, but also as a learning opportunity for me as Wordpress is some thing I am keen to learn. I am also going to use the site to help promote a project I will shortly be doing at Uni. I will be regularly updating the site so please keep visiting to see these changes or otherwise you could subscribe to the RSS feed.

Carp Fishing
Since I have finished Uni for the summer I have started to do a bit of carp fishing again, this was some thing I used to do a lot of until I became interested in web design! Please see the fishing blog section to view my fishing diary and when I get a spare moment I will create some different categories to discuss my thoughts on other areas of carp fishing.

Carp Finder!
For my final year project at uni I propose to create a carp fishing venue finder called Carp Finder which will be available for UK carp waters to begin with. This currently is still in planning stages at the moment but once I get a solid idea together I will document it in my fishing blog section.
